Highly experienced in Administrative Law, with emphasis in Regulatory Law, and in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law. Represents clients of various sizes and sectors, including shopping malls, real estate developers, food, drug and tobacco companies, technology, oil, and energy companies, among others. She has extensive experience in product regulation in all stages, from registration and conception to distribution and marketing. Her practice in public law offers the real estate area a global service in the conception of enterprises, including in interfaces with the public sector and in the analysis of urbanistic parameters.

She was associate attorney and partner of renowned law firms. She also worked as a Legal Advisor to the Civil Office of the Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro. In 2017 she founded Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados with her partners. She is currently a partner in the Real Estate and Urban Development and Regulation, Competition, and Infrastructure departments of the firm.
