We also advise our clients on competition law issues, acting both in consulting and in the administrative and judicial spheres.

Investor assistance: we advise companies in mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and due diligence.

Government licenses and permits: we assist companies in the processes related to obtaining administrative authorizations and permits.

Regulatory consulting: we advise companies on regulatory issues involving requirements necessary for the exploration of activities, interpretation of concession contracts, regulatory authorizations, and sectorial norms, as well as in public consultation and hearing procedures.

Bidding and administrative contracts: we advise companies in bidding and execution of administrative contracts, including public service concessions, public-private partnerships, and oil concessions.

Litigation: we represent companies in administrative and judicial proceedings.

Compliance: we assist companies in compliance investigations.
