He is highly experienced in complex litigations involving insurance, environmental, civil liability, consumer, corporate, contractual, and commercial disputes in general. He also handles disputes related to public concessions, credit recovery and judicial reorganization, with extensive experience in state and federal courts throughout the country and higher courts. He handles clients from various industries, focusing mainly on infrastructure, energy, agribusiness, and health.

He was part of the teams of important full service law firms in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, focusing on strategic civil litigation. He is a partner in the Litigation department at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados.
