Environmental Law

Rennó Penteado Sampaio

We assist our clients in developing efficient and appropriate strategies for the solution of environmental issues and in cost-benefit assessments, contributing to their decision-making process.

We provide services in projects from various sectors, especially companies operating in infrastructure, energy (oil, gas, and electricity, including renewables and biofuels), sanitation, mining, as well as financial institutions, chemical industries, pulp/paper, agribusiness, consumer goods, food, and tourism and entertainment.

With the increasing role of companies and financial institutions in the agenda for implementing and monitoring Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, we also operate in this segment for several sectors, notably financial institutions and companies in the infrastructure, sanitation, and energy sectors.
