Gianne works with regulatory law. She was a researcher at the Institutional Studies Laboratory of the UFRJ Postgraduate Program. She is dedicated to publications in widely circulated repositories and specialized vehicles in Administrative and Regulatory Law. Worked for 3 years with the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro providing legal assistance about bidding process, contracts and demands from control bodies. Currently, teaches in the areas of Administrative and Constitutional Law in training courses for judges and Federal Justice employees.

Has experience in preparing opinions and consultations on regulatory topics; structuring concession projects and public-private partnerships; bidding process and contracts and legal advice for concessionaires and bidders in administrative, arbitration and judicial proceedings on topics related to ordinary and extraordinary reviews of contracts and the application of administrative sanctions.
