Ana Carolina works with Regulatory Law. She has over 5 years of experience in law firms and in large national and international companies, particularly in the chemical and oil & gas sectors.

She has solid experience in regulatory and administrative advisory and litigation matters, including the preparation of legal opinions and defenses, participation in public consultations, and involvement in regulatory sandbox projects. Her work also includes regulatory risk analysis, development of business strategies in collaboration with technical areas, and institutional representation before Regulatory Agencies.

She is also experienced in corporate compliance, conducting third-party due diligence, internal investigations, and training programs. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Regulatory Law from UERJ and a Bachelor of Laws degree from UFRJ, and she is fluent in English.
