Mariana has extensive experience in administrative law, with a focus on product regulation, health surveillance, administrative contracts, bidding, issues involving new business development and infrastructure projects, both in consulting and administrative litigation. It serves large national and foreign companies in regulated sectors, especially medicines, food, biotechnology, health products and tobacco.

She is currently a member of the Health Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Regulatory Law – IBDRE.
