Partner at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados since 2020, Julio Dubeux has extensive experience and outstanding performance in corporate law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. He advises Brazilian and foreign clients, including investors, public and private companies, limited liability companies, their partners, and managers, as well as investment funds and management companies. Provides legal advice on the incorporation of companies, due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, merger agreements, investment agreements, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, conflicts between partners, shareholders’ meetings, securities issues, and CVM administrative proceedings. He served as Federal Attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), was a partner at prestigious law firms, and acted as Professor at the main law schools in Rio de Janeiro, including FGV, IBMEC, PUC-Rio and UERJ. He is a member of the Capital Market Commission of OAB/RJ.
