Partner at Rennó Penteado Sampaio since 2017, working in Family Business and Banking and Financial Services, Fernando Penteado was a risk and treasury director at an investment bank and family office legal advisor, in addition to having worked in the legal department of a large investment bank. He was a professor of Law, Statistics and Finance at the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) and FGV Direito Rio. He is managing partner of Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados.
