We advise market participants on issues including financial, payments, and capital market regulation, including retail products, wholesale operations and capital markets, foreign investment, and foreign exchange. We assist in the provision of banking as a service, in the preparation and negotiation of partnership and M&A agreements, structured operations, analysis of new products and services, as well as in advising on regulatory issues of the National Financial System (SFN), Brazilian Payment System (SPB), Open Banking and Instant Payments. We provide specialized consulting services in data protection for companies in the industry, banking secrecy and cybersecurity, and we assist our clients in implementing new technologies.

  • Consulting and legal opinions in the regulatory area, including in relation to the regulations of the National Monetary Council, Central Bank of Brazil, Private Insurance Superintendence, and Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil;
