She has extensive experience in business law, particularly in the areas of M&A, contracts, and corporate law, having led numerous transactions for the acquisition and sale of corporate and real estate assets. Her expertise ranges from the development of shopping malls and shopping centers to real estate contracts, financial transactions, securitization of receivables and issuance of equity and debt in Brazil and abroad. She is also known to deal with risk management, with the creation of policies for the company’s business areas.

Worked with strategic civil litigation and contracts in national law firms. She was the legal manager of the largest shopping center company in Brazil and Latin America, where she was responsible for the areas of M&A, Corporate, Capital Markets, Development of New Real Estate Businesses, and management of lawsuits for the company. She is currently a partner in the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets and Real Estate and Urban Development departments at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados.
