He practices in the corporate law area, providing legal advice to public and private companies, as well as limited liability companies, in corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, drafting and negotiating acts and contracts, including purchase and sale of shares or quotas, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, bylaws, among others. He also provides consulting services in debt restructuring and renegotiation.

He worked as a legal executive in the retail and technology sectors and was part, as a lawyer, of a renowned firm in the area of Corporate Law, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, in addition to participating in debt restructuring processes through judicial reorganization.
