Works mainly in real estate law, ranging from the legal structuring of real estate transactions and due diligence for risk analysis, to real estate development and acquisition of rural and urban properties. She also operates in the structuring of mixed real estate ventures, drafting and negotiation of real estate agreements (purchase and sale, fiduciary alienation, mortgage, lease, built-to-suit, sale, and leaseback etc.), rectification of square meters, establishment of condominiums and structuring of real estate investment funds.

She was an associate at renowned full service law firms, focusing on real estate. She was part of the foundation of Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados, where she is currently a partner in the Real Estate and Urban Development department.
