Guilherme works in the tax consulting area, especially with direct taxes, assisting clients through consultations and legal opinions. He has experience in tax planning and corporate restructuring of business groups, including support for business structuring, review/optimization of tax burden and financial and tax analysis.

He has previously worked in leading law firms in administrative litigation and consulting in various sectors and segments, mainly in wholesale, retail, real estate, pharmaceutical, steel, technology, and medical services industries. He is currently an associate in the tax department of Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados. He also works as a professor in portgraduate courses.
