She acts in the corporate, contractual, and M&A areas, including the incorporation of companies, corporate reorganizations, drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, among others. She also works with due diligences and acquisition of companies, both as a lawyer of the seller and the buyer.

Worked as an associate lawyer in full service Brazilian law firms. Currently, she is a partner in the Corporate and M&A department of Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados. She is also a member of the Compliance Committee of the OAB/RJ.
