Daniel has been practicing in the areas of Technology and Intellectual Property law at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados since 2022, advising national and international clients on privacy and personal data protection matters. His experience includes implementing data protection compliance programs, preparing consultations, legal opinions, and memos on privacy, artificial intelligence, digital rights, and copyright and entertainment law, as well as advising on contracts with a focus on information technology and technology-related assets. He is also an Academic Assistant at the Instituto de Tecnologia e Sociedade do Rio (ITS Rio).
