Works in strategic regulatory and civil litigation, focusing on digital law. She has accompanied cases involving technology companies before the Superior Courts. She is currently an associate in the Technology and Intellectual Property department at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados. She is also an associate researcher at the Institute for Technology and Society (ITS Rio) and a researcher at the Economic Regulation Laboratory of Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ Reg.). She assists ITS Rio in its Post-Graduate Course in the areas pertaining to Law and Technology, such as Data Protection, Intermediaries’ Liability, and Internet Consumer Law.
