Matheus has been part of the Technology and Intellectual Property practice at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados since 2021. He has experience with privacy and personal data protection, artificial intelligence, digital rights and intangible assets.

He is a Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro and has worked as Editor and Coordinator of the UERJ Law Review. Matheus also was an intern at the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice and in the Rio de Janeiro Public Defender’s Office. Additionally, he was a researcher and teaching assistant at UERJ, and has authored articles published in scientific journals and book chapters.
