Luísa works with tax law, especially as a consultant regarding direct taxes. She worked for 5 years at a Big 4 firm, where she acquired solid knowledge in accounting.

She has experience in preparing legal opinions on tax issues of the most diverse economic sectors (oil & gas, industry, commerce, telecommunications etc.); analysis of corporate transactions for tax purposes; reconciliation of accounting and tax ancillary obligations; rectification of tax ancillary obligations; revision of tax self-assessments; responses to tax inspections; elaboration of defenses; among others.

Post graduated (Specialization) in Procedural Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais – PUC Minas (2018);
