His areas of practice include technology law and intellectual property, specializing in data protection and innovation in various market sectors.

He has worked on public policy projects related to technology regulation, open data, and data use in public services, with particular attention to Latin America, and has experience in competition law. He was an exchange student at Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.
