Works mainly in corporate law, contracts, and M&A, focusing on Startups, Cryptoactive and other segments of the technology market. Deals with the preparation of various corporate documents such as the incorporation, amendment, and dissolution of companies; business contracts and operations of incorporation, merger, and division of companies.

Former intern at a medium-sized law firm, focused on litigation. He is currently an associate in the Corporate and M&A department at Rennó Penteado Sampaio Advogados.

Post-graduation in Corporate Law, Brazilian School of Law – EBRADI, Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
